Owner of Coca CrossFit

Kate’s story is a familiar story. She started CrossFit because she was carrying an unhealthy amount of weight. Little did she know that would lead her to founding Coca CrossFit in 2010.

Kate also understands the challenges that come with starting a new routine as she has come back from a ruptured Achilles, a major knee surgery, a preterm pregnancy loss and her postpartum recovery from a c-section.

She understands it’s not about where you are or going it alone, it’s about getting where you want to be with a like-minded coach.
